Bow hunter who killed dog is charged

November
2

While that won’t bring back this family’s pet, at least someone will be held responsible. Miles, you may recall, was an 11-year-old Siberian husky who was killed by a bow hunter in Blauvelt State Park, where bow hunting happens to be illegal. You can read the updated story here. RIP Miles.bilde

GOOD! The best news of the day so far. Couldn’t read the story till the end. No, not about the blood, I am a doc after all. Just felt bad for this poor dog. Could they press animal cruelty charges too? I hope so.

About this blog
For most animal lovers, pets are members of the family. They carry around pictures in their wallets and schedule vacations with pets in mind. This blog takes a look into the world of a pet owner: the good, the bad and the just plain obsessive.
