One very key reason I got two cats the second time around was so I would not have to feel guilty about leaving them alone when I go away. Yeah, yeah, it benefits them, too, but this is about me.
As I’ve said before, the guilt starts setting in as soon as I close the door behind me. My lovely neighbor is minding them while I’m gone, but still. So while I’m missing Stanley and Cup, here they are for your enjoyment.

Earlier, we were looking for treats….
Now a little self cleaning…not a great shot, but she was licking her paw.
What’s happening? Who’s there?….I was trying to get their attention, but I guess a bird must have flown by.
And of course, my favorite sleeper….
And lastly, Cup getting ready to snuggle in…
