This girl is too gorgeous for words. (OK, I say that a lot, but c’mon, just look at her…
Â
I just want to get down and snuggle her….
Anana is an Eskimo name meaning “beautiful,†and that fits the description of this stunning red and white Siberian Husky with crystal blue eyes. She is about 1 1/2 years old and weighs around 50 pounds. Anana is very friendly and loves to snuggle and give kisses. She has a typical husky personality and seems to be housebroken. She is also spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, de-wormed and heartworm tested. Her adoption fee is $200. To meet Anana, contact Pet Rescue of Larchmont at 914 834-6955 or visit www.NY-PetRescue.org.Â

I love this woman as much as I love her cat.
By the way, someday I hope to show you why Cup is so well named. She catches her treats like a true goalie. Heck, she’s like Lundquist when in comes to treats. Enjoy this video for now.

I’ve asked before to let me know me if you’ve adopted a pet you found on this site, or know someone who did, so please do…sure would make me feel good.
Better yet, just get them adopted.
Here we go. Pictures first, so I break your heart, like mine, then comments from the shelters after the jump…

This is somewhat like the guy in the chicken suit, but really quite funny and adorable.
Give this pup regular dog commands. It’s funny when he doesn’t recognize them. And save “kiss” for last. Too cute.Â

Somebody has GOT to want to take this guy home.
 Â
From it’s Reigning Cats and Dogs:Â
Charlie is truly one of a kind – We have never met a more sweet, snuggly cat – a real purr machine. He is approximately 6 months old, neutered, leukemia and FIV negative and up to date on shots. Charlie was found hiding under a car on a busy street in Yonkers. Luckily, he was sweet enought to trust us to rescue him. He absolutely loves companionship – from cats (he is in love with his roommate Sprinkles and they would love to be adopted together) He also loves a to hang with his dog friends and is always up for a good old snuggle with his human friends! If interested please contact Bonnie at 914-737-6020. $75 adoption fee.

Another exception to the rules (hey, I make up the rules, I can except…)
Since it appears no harm comes to the cats in this game, I had to give it a promo. Of course, it came from my colleague Mary who does all things shopping here at LoHud. Details after the jump… Read more of this entry »
